TalkTalk renewal. Is this a good deal?

For the first time in about 8 years, I've renewed my BB and Landline deal with the same supplier. Normally I take advantage of Cashback offers. Not sure if I've been a bit hasty.
I've managed to get annual line rental for £132, then evening and weekend calls, unlimited BB and Basic TalkTalk TV for £2.20 per month (equivalent to £13.20 per month in total) for 12months, £8.50 for thereafter.
They've also recorded on my account that if I don't get a discounted rate from the £8.50 per month after 12months, I can leave the package for alternative without penalty.
