My Daughter and I got phone and internet from plusnet what a mistake, my daughter has no phone 12 days after connection, she gets calls for the business next door!
I contacted them and their provider xln, xln says no problem at their end.
Neither of us has a good connection pages taken ages to load and games no chance, I have spent over 4 hours on the phone and they still refuse to help, it was supposed to be sorted today, wrong.
Plusnet say about the phone, this cannot happen, WRONG again!
