  • No specific guidence. I am not here for my grammar correction. What I need is clear opinion. If you are at my situation, what you would have done? Cake Shop lady was threatening us by she will call police and will complain as if we have made an assult !! I need your valued advice--How to defend?
Unlike you, we got married at the registrar's office, nipped back to pub for a couple of sarnies, then off to York for our honeymoon. No problemo.

28 years later, we are still married.

Having cup cakes for a miserly £80 never crossed our minds.

Secondly it may be the OP was using their second language, but that is guesswork.

It's also completely irrelevant to the OP's problem.

    Track on time
Did you get your £80 deposit back?

If you did, what else are you expecting to get?

Compensation for late delivery of knife and server?

    You ask:
If you are at my situation, what you would have done?
If it had been my daughter's wedding, I'd have taken the knife &b server back, got my deposit and carried on enjoying the day.

    'How to defend?' ??
What and whom do you need to defend against?
