Failed to deliver and toprovide wedding cake decoration

Recently, I ordered a cake and Cup cake from local unit.,for my daughters Civil Ceremony, While paying doposit, they agreed to provide decorated knife and server and will decorate on stand provided by them for which we Paid £80/ as a Deposit, Deliver it at 8:30 Morning and decorate it before Groom and other relatives comes.
Unfortunately, it was delivered quite late after severely chasing them and he just left the cake without decoration. When we ran after person who delivered, he ignored and drove. We ere disappointed and frustrated.
After loads of phone calls, they sent knife and server with someone, where Groom already came! It was shame !
After reception was over, we gone back to deliver the cake stand and knife and server, and to get back our deposit, when I complained to the Lady, she started shouting at me that we were rude. We told about her service, she sopped me to talk to her and told and threatened me that I will call police and complained about assault , as my wife was with me.its their fault but was threatening me about assult. I am a professional Medical practitioner, how can I do asssult?
It's their fault which they were NOT ready to accept.
What shall I do? I am really disappointed, frustrated and devastated with this incidence.
Any advice, guidence?

If it's distressing you this much you really need to put things into perspective and realize the end of the world hasn't arrived and when you wake up tomorrow it's whole new day.

Did someone leave the cake out in the rain?

From the standard of grammar and spelling shown in the post, I doubt that they are a " medical practitioner" which leads me to think the post is spam, but I could be wrong🎅

Or perhaps they are significantly more intelligent than you, but writing in a second language.
  • There's no wonder newbies get scared off with some of the replies on here. I would guess English is their second language too. Did you have anything in writing OP regarding what was included in the price you paid?
  • BoP will now translate for the hard of reading.

OP ordered a tray of cup cakes for a wedding and spent £80. They were presented in a couple of packets, such like of Rudyard.

People around here have corrected OP's grammar skills.

It is unknown if children are involved.

Perhaps you think the first part of your sentence adds to this discussion I don't.

Secondly it may be the OP was using their second language, but that is guesswork.
  • No specific guidence. I am not here for my grammar correction. What I need is clear opinion. If you are at my situation, what you would have done? Cake Shop lady was threatening us by she will call police and will complain as if we have made an assult !! I need your valued advice--How to defend?

If you want advice you need to post coherently.
    I can't understand your post.
She didn't call the police. You didn't assault her, so what's the problem?
