Morning all. Have had this dongle from 3 for over two years now and there is not a day where I do not lose the connection. Sometimes the page will take ages to load and when I check the start page it says ready to connect, which will not work, and I have to restart. Then at other times I get the send error dialoghe pop up before I lose connectiion. I reckon it is some virus because sometimes when this occurs I will play a video but the sound button will be disable.

I must have sent hundreds of error reports.

Not sure what the question is but i would factory reset first .
