Best unlimited provider in Northern Ireland + Does plusnet include BT FON?

Hey,
I am looking for a new broadband connection, I currently have Sky broadband shared with a flatmate but it is under his name and he is moving and changing the account to his new address.
I have someone moving in this month so I need to get another broadband connection.
I haven't had any problems with Sky but I work away from home a lot so having the BT FON / hotspots included in the account is a lot better for me, I'm not sure if anyone else includes this in packages?
Aside from that, what would be my best option in Northern Ireland? I do need unlimited for my work, I live in Derry city centre so I have pretty much any network available.
