Oh Molly, what devastating news, I am so sorry. You are allowed to cry, I would. It is also your body and brain's way of sorting things out so carry on if you need to.

Been up to Glasgow, went to Asd@, school fair and delivered baking to Guide fair. Having a nose here before going to the Guide fair for a cup of tea and a cake!

Pouring down here and very cold, will find lots to do inside later on. DD finishes at 6, not sure what's for tea yet. Very tired today, not sure why but maybe I will have a good nights sleep tonight.

Nearly all the presents are wrapped except for DHs and I need to wait for him to go out before I do those .

The Xmas pud is in the slow cooker for the next 8-9 hours and I've made the pastry for the mince pies it's just chilling right now and I'm going to do the same for half an hour

Afternoon all

Been in our new allotment for third day running, can really see the difference now. Nearly all dug over and will plan garlic and rhubarb first. We are really enjoying it.

Back home for a clean up, soak in the bath and then off to a christmas ukelele concert.

Molly what an absolute nightmare, know what's it's like being in constant pain it drains you in every way. Cry it all out chick, it will help. Hopefully the appointment will happen soon.


Feel awful, haven't been to the fundraiser, Christmas market or fete. But the room has the first coat of purple on. Oh went to work and just came back.
So will do some light cleaning later just to try and keep. on top of everything.

Oh Molly, so sorry to hear that.....cry it all out pet, it does help!

Overcast and misty here, have been to get some smoked salmon and bits that I need for the hospital, went to library to collect some books for when I come home, will bring tablet with me to save on clutter, need space for wool and hooks!

DD1 and DDIL will be here later to stay the night, they are at a craft fair in city, will be nice to see them....might persuade them to help me pick a new oven tomorrow before they go home, as DD1 complains about mine every time she is here.....in fairness she does the cooking when she comes and oven is a nightmare since it started stopping and starting for no apparent reason.

Have been invited to brothers for dinner tomorrow.....as he nicely put it the last supper in case I dont survive the anaesthetic on Tuesday.....a thick skin is very necessary in this family!

Chicken for dinner with lo cabbage from yesterday and baked spuds.....got some edemame beans when I was out so might have some of those as well. Pudding will be a huge sharon fruit I bought yesterday.

Need to get moving on a snood for DD4 for Christmas, just cant decide on design

DH has been in front of the Telly all day resting his bum/back. He has improved and hasn't needed to keep taking painkillers this afternoon. It was left to me to do the Aldi shop alone this morning. I always used to do the shopping but went during the week. I hate doing it on a weekend

Finished a little sewing project I had on the go and watched a cheesy American Christmas movie this afternoon.

Just picked up DS2 from work and let him have a little drive around. Him and his girlfriend had planned to stay here tonight but she apparently wants to put her decs up so they are staying there instead.

Not sure whats for dinner. Oh yes I also made some Cranberry Muffins. They turned out quite well.
