Homebase bathroom products

Purchased a shower bath/screen/bath panel toilet and basin with pedestal from Homebase at the end of October and it was delivered on 17th November. Basin was scratched so contacted HB and another was sent out the following week - that was cracked underneath so refused to accept it. Yesterday another replacement arrived (yes, you've guessed it) this one has a large chip on the side. They've offered to send another one to me next Friday! I have postponed the plumber twice already (he is losing the will to live, as am I). Surely I can't be that unlucky, has anyone else had the same problem with faulty items?
I shall certainly never buy from them again ... Argos is as bad but of course they are part of the same retail group. I wonder if their CEO is aware that his buyers are importing shoddy goods - but perhaps he doesn't care anyway.
