Be careful when using this new revenue sharing short code indirect access service where they say pay a flat rate of no more then 10p a minute to call certain numbers.I just made a test call from Sainsbury Payg and it charged me £1 for a very short call.
Could be the billing system not set up correctly.
Also in numerous cases you can call them cheaper direct from your own network,or via a cheap call supplier.

I can't quite see why you'd even have tried it out.
On one page they can connect to 0843, 0844, 0871 etc, but on another page it says:
" Please note that some companies do promote very expensive customer service numbers which we are unfortunately unable to connect to. These include numbers starting 0843, 0844, 0871 and 09."
Once that's been spotted, the most expensive rate of the other numbers are probably 0845 or 0870, which can be reached for about 3p a minute on top of the access call cost (which I'm assuming you have a bundle for).0 -
Use saynoto0870, or weQ4u.0

I didnt know i required members permission to test out a new service.
I am well aware in numerous cases you can call them the numbers cheaper direct from your own network,or via a cheap call supplier.Thats why i mentioned it in the first place.
Saynoto0870 and Weq4u dont give you access to all NGN 084 numbers.
I have already e-mailed mm4cl no response as yet.
Company does not appear to have a customer service number which i believe breaches Phone Pay Plus guidelines.
I have amended my original post slightly taking their word for it that it is a billing error by network.0 -
