most rated people tradesmen reviews will be real ones, they'd have a bizarre mindset if they bothered to get fake ones on there, they'd have to list a job under a different name etc, then pay for that job to leave themselves feedback whilst also paying membership fees, it would make no sense.

also if they're on rated , try googling the company name, they may be on other review sites and you can then see more feedback on them.

I have had main bedroom, ensuite, hall stairs landing, sons bedroom and lounge painted, bathroom ceiling 2 new doors hung and painted for 1700 including a paint supplied. All prep work etc total of 6 days work with 2/3 painters here each day. Think your quote is a bit much. It's a 4 bedroom house so lots of doors and woodwork.
