Issues with taking out new sim only deal

Im currently attempting to sign up to a new sim only deal with three. However, I'm having issues with the setting up process at the min and I'm not sure where to go next.

After attempting to sign up either online or over the phone ... I'm asked to put the direct debit details in and have to do a credit check which is ok. After this I'm prompted to give a small debit card payment which is refunded afterwards .....

At this point I'm declined my request due to the address I've input into the not matching the address given with my bank cards... I've tried it over 2 debit cards with 2 seperate bank and get the same issue.

I've spoken to both banks who have confirmed the address they hold on file is correct and I've checked and double checked the address on the three website and that is correct too.

I'm not sure what to do next as neither bank nor three seem to want to/be able to help.

Your easiest route would be to take some proof of address and go into a Three store for help, they are able to process sim only contracts and should have more latitude on how they input the data.

I tried again last night and i've been denied a deal now due to poor credit on the credit search.. I think this may have been due to too many attempted applications over the past few days to try and sort it out..

Not sure i'll get away with it now as they'll probably turn me down in store too.

You should have stopped after the first failed attempt and gone instore for help. Might still be worth a try as they have more control over the process and can speak to back house staff for a manual intervention if needed.
