how to keep beer cold camping?

ging camping (well to a festival).
i know its been raining recently, so getting anything cold shouldnt be a problem.
BUT- if the sun comes back, i have to drink warm beer.
Is there any novel ways of keeping beer cold without electricity?
I have heard about digging a hole under your tent and leaving it over night?
Any ideas?

We used to put our beer into plastic bags and immerse them in the river or lake lovely and cool. Not so handy if you arent camping by the river though.
I have nothing better to do!!!!

Get an esky (if you're an Aussie) or a coolbox and load up with ice or bring some frozen ice blocks (plastic) from home.:beer:more dollar$ than sense0

Get it as cold as you can then wrap it up in your sleeping bag or quilt, it wont keep it cold forever though.....

My local camping shop has large coolboxes claiming to keep ice for 4 or 5 days. Ive also seen these at Costco. I quite fancy one but they are rather bulky.
I put about 3-4 inches of water in an ordinary coolbox and freeze it solid in my chest freezer, if not opened too often this stays very cold for two or three days while the beer floats around in the cold water.
