hi all, been with orange since they stated,
been out of my contract since june 14,
phoned today as son and wife want new phones,
quite like one myself,
ask to speak to retentions for a fair deal.
total waste of time, ive been with them since around 1988,
to say im disgusted is an understatement,
the word loyalty seems a bad word today,
even the car phone warehouse where offering better deals and the same ones as EE, whats going on.
when it was just orange they were far better,
but I don't know now what to do, 3 is rubbish,
are vodaphone any better, we are paying far to much on EE,
the son can get a better deal else ware, with his I-phone so he will be leaving, that will be 2 out of 4 contracts EE HAVE LOST WITH ME, as I have all phones on my contract,
obviously EE don't seem to care anymore.
thanks sam.

Reads more like a pointless rant than a question for anyone to answer to be honest.

The thing is that EE are now much more of a larger company I don't think losing you as a customer is much of a problem for them.

If you're paying under £180 a month for 4 lines then I'd say you're getting a bargain. An IPhone contract with decent allowances now days costs around £43ish a month, times that by four and that's £172.

And remember, they don't owe you anything, they're a business.

Orange have been terrible since the FT takeover and Hans Snook leaving - which has now been a long time.
