hey again guys, its 5 month and i am still receiving letters from them. I have today received 1 from Zenith Collections. Offering me discount as it has just been passed to them. It is £80 or £140 in 2 weeks. These are starting to really annoy me as im sure u can imagine as I am receiving them every 3 weeks.

It's annoying but just carry on ignoring them. Even more-so being in Scotland. More info to put your mind at rest on post 4 on the sticky guides.

As mentioned previously, you may want to keep the letters for a rainy day.

Thanks, I just want them to stop and obviously every letter I receive I get slightly more worried

Edited to add does this make any difference as I am from Scotland as I am aware the laws are different in Scotland and England

Yes, in Scotland you can ignore them from the very first minute. In England you are best to appeal (and win) via the appropriate channels.

    Info from the sticky reads:
    "If in Scotland/NI:

Apart from (of course!!) complaining to the landowner/retailer you should IGNORE your fake PCN unless you are not the registered keeper and that is a company (hire car or leased/company vehicle).* You are safe to ignore because there is no worthwhile appeals process - do not believe what the fake PCN says! This Watchdog video still applies in Scotland and NI because a PPC has to know who was driving (unlike in England/Wales now):
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XAIcdi9niHA

WHEN IGNORING IN SCOTLAND/NI, KEEP ALL LETTERS. DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY EVEN IF YOU HAVE MADE A PAPER AEROPLANE FROM THEM!"

Don't panic or worry about it.

Always ignore in Scotland. And next time leave the car at home rather than leave it alone in Glasgow. ;-)
