I have been querying my betfair money with quidco, they say they are a sureshop merchant and it is a quick turn around for queries, I have had a query with them outstanding since 16/05/07, i have sent 5 or 6 tickets to them over the lsat week, see below

Betfair we haven't received a response on. To be fair no-one has yet ( you can check the stats on their merchant page). Swiftcover has been sent off and hopefully we will have a response soon.

betfair are a sureshop merchant it states a 1 month turn around for queries mine has been 4 times lonmger than this. surely something is wrong here

Hi Robert, Your enquiry was actually put in before they were SureShop. Unfortunately the same SLA was not in place at that point which means we aren't able to extend the same guarantee on those.

Hi Robert, There is a 90 day limit on submitting enquiries so unfortunately that probably wouldn't work!

so what can i do, if it is now a sureshop merchant surely something can be done to sort out my query that has been going on so long

I have no response as yet to this
anyone know any other way i can try and get them to action this query, i have spent loads on betfair and still do, it was not signed up for the money i have used it and made plenty, but feel i should be entitled to the money.

any ideas anyone

Looks like it although when I checked the site it did say payment would be e-cheque, guess I got lucky It'll get a couple of things for Christmas.

Same here, £36.07 into my paypal account ..... Confusing as I changed my Quidco account to pay as BAC's three months ago. I just hate having to pay PayPal charges more than I hate paying Tax :mad:

you need to call them to validate - it might be something to do with your credit record - i needed to do that when i changed my address
