Help...please.....did anyone take out the real networks game pass option through quidco? Am finding it impossible to cancel as you have to call a number. I've a feeling someone posted one for the uk somewhere, but I can't find it. Can anyone help please, realnetworks are driving me nuts! Thanks0

It's easy, (knew it would be because it a sureshop)!!!!!
Basically, you get an email confirming you've signed up and there's a link in that to customer support.....
From there, click "how to cancel"
click "contact customer support".......at bottom of page click "international"
It then gives a link to cancel for the uk, it says "click here" to cancel,
Next page click account
Next page click Cancel membership.......I haven't done this though as it is the final page and I don't want to cancel yet as I only signed up yesterday and I don't want my account declined!!!
Looking above, it sounds very complicated but it really is only 6 clicks!!!!!
Just for extra reassurance there is a uk tel no (0870 240 2486)
I hope this makes people feel a little happier!!
I cancelled using the method above....got my £5 and its been paid and they never took any money off me!!If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.

Hi, I think I'm being really stupid, but can someone help me? I started using quidco a few months back and in 'my earnings' there is £14 showing as Received. Am I right to think I should now be able to transfer that to my paypal account? If so, how do I do it, as I can't find anywhere to request payment. Thanks in advance0

if you choose to be paid into paypal, it goes in as an e-cheque so takes around another 10 days to show as cleared funds in your account, after Quidco have transferred it

Need some advice, I applied for Halifax home and contents insurance but hadn't realised I could go through Quidco, I have since cancelled the insurance and gone through Quidco, the cashback is in my earnings under tracked, does this mean I will receive it or is there a chance I won't get it because I had originally applied and changed my mind, the reason I changed my mind was genuine, I wanted to change the date, what do you think???0

99% sure you will be ok, you should have bought your home and contents seperately and you would have then got 2 lots of cashback :T0

Stupid me, I am new to Quidco though, only been on it 2 weeks and my earnings are up to £70, can't wait till February when our car insurance is up for renewal.0
