Prudential through Quidco is a big no-no I'm afraid.

Serious tracking problems for many people (the "Tracking Reliability 100%" that Quidco state for Prudential car insurance and home insurance is patently untrue).

And they don't answer enquiries within 30 days either, as per the SureShop assurance. Mine has been marked as "sent to merchant" for nearly two and a half months, and Prudential have had it for much longer than a month.

I asked Quidco 8 days ago on the Quidco Follow-up Thread if they were going to remove the SureShop logo from Prudential but they just gave a vague generic response.

I'm finding it all a bit deceitful now when they say "Tracking Reliability 100%" and "this merchant will answer enquiries within 30 days" when they know these statements are not true, and have known this for quite some time.

These statements should be taken down as a matter of urgency so as not to mislead people, but Quidco won't do that.

You should be able to do it in your account section of lovefilm

ordered off hmv yesterday and it is showing a payment date of April i thought hmv was 2 months?

Cancel after 10pm through your account section otherwise they tell you to phone to cancel.

i don't know whether i'm being really thick, but i can't seem to find out HOW you go about renting a dvd from lovefilm, as i need to complete the free trial. Can anyone help?

I took out insurance with Prudential in September and I was really worried. It tracked very quickly and showed as £130 to be paid in November. On 30th November it still showed as validated and then on 1st December it showed as paid and I have received it in my bank account without any problems. My insurance quote was for £183 and was pretty competitive and with the £130 back it was a miserly £53 to pay. I also work on the basis that the cashback is not guaranteed but is a bonus, so even if it hadn't gone through I wouldn't have paid over the odds for my insurance.
