has anyone had the money for this?

also, i have a quidco account and my friend doesn't. it's the friend who wants sky, would he need to have his own account or can i order sky in his name?

Ticket - This is where you ask quidco a question, and this isn't where you report missing transactions.
    To view, you click tickets.

Enquiry - This is where you report missing etc. transactions.
To view, you click earnings, then enquiries.

    Hi all, quick newbie question...

Am about to renew my car insurance and there are some great cashback offers on there, but is the money always guarunteed to come through?

In other words can I budget to include the cashback?

(does that make any sense at all...?!)

No, don't take out your insurance just because the casback makes it cheaper (if its only £10-20 difference then it might be worth taking a chance). Although quidco does usually pay, sometimes it doesn't ( ) so you could be out of pocket big time. I would treat it as a bonus payment....if you get it great, if you don't then you have taken out the cheapest insurance anyway;) .

Your friend should have his own account. If you read the T&C's, it does say that you shouldn't purchase any products for other people (saying that, I have had a payment for car insurance that I sorted for my dad, but this was before I knew about the T&C's:rotfl: )

I put in an enquiry for Prudential car insurance as it was advertised as £130 cashback and I hadnt heard anything. It was 'being processed' for about two weeks. I just checked just now and it shows as 'processed' but there is nothing to say I have had the cashback. What does this mean? Or does it take a little while from it having been processed to actually showing in my transaction listing?

Sorry I have just reread the enquiry and it says that I will not received cashback because I bought the insurance for my daughter and not myself, so to others who are asking that question there is your answer. Shame I was looking forward to that money!

From being processed, it will then be sent to merchant after about 2-4m weeks, then go to successful or unsuccessful after a month, or a few probablly.
