I've had ebay for 11 years both a seller & buyer, I have a feed back of 400 odd. Some people don't leave feedback & especially as a buyer.

    Close your account.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

Been on ebay since 1999, 100% perfect feedback buying and selling and still dont have 1000 feedback.

Bought and sold some very expensive items also.

If you dont want foreign buyers then dont post to foreign countries. Set your selling prefs.

Wow, you want people to buy or sell something every day for nearly 3 years and receive feedback on every item to be able to buy from you? A little excessive perhaps.
  • I don't think I'll ever get to 1000 feedback. I've been buying/selling using eBay for over 10 years and I'm not even half way to 1000.

As I said - I can sell to who I want (thats the law) - hence not interested in your moralising - once you become an Ebay seller you will become familiar with this time-wasting bidder MO and become more interested in avoiding them

FYI - this pr^&k just emailed apologizing for wasting my time and doesn't want the item so I need to relist AGAIN, and far from just being able to disqualify this MO from bidding on my listings I would be happy to have them publicly flogged :rotfl:
When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?

It isn't the law, there are anti discriminatory laws preventing you from choosing who to sell to. If you're selling online, especially via Ebay, your opportunities to restrict buyers/bidders are very limited. Given your attitude and requests I really don't think you're suited to online selling.

Some numpty in Europe with zero feedback and brand new email address prolly 8 years old and pratting about on the internet placed a winning bid on my tablet I was hoping to sell for Christmas

1/ Am I allowed to cancel the sale and relist in time for Xmas or can he just make my life a misery

2/ Is there a method of excluding people with less than 1000 feedback?

3/ Is there a way of excluding foreign buyers?

I am allowed to sell to anyone I feel like so no moralising please just direct answers/solutions would be great to hear about Thanks
you're the numpty not the buyer for not understanding how ebay works, nor understanding that indeed you can stop people with zero feedback or from selected countries from bidding

Only pr^&k I have seen so far is you, If that's your attitude I wouldn't want to buy from you, and no it isn't the law, once you list your item on ebay and someone wins or BIN your item if they pay you are legally obliged to send the item. Regardless if they have 0 feedback or not.

    Lordy! Excessive, much?

I suspect continuing to sell on eBay may not be good for your health if you get that stressed about it.
