Can I exclude people with less than 1000 feedback?

Some numpty in Europe with zero feedback and brand new email address prolly 8 years old and pratting about on the internet placed a winning bid on my tablet I was hoping to sell for Christmas

1/ Am I allowed to cancel the sale and relist in time for Xmas or can he just make my life a misery

2/ Is there a method of excluding people with less than 1000 feedback?

3/ Is there a way of excluding foreign buyers?

I am allowed to sell to anyone I feel like so no moralising please just direct answers/solutions would be great to hear about Thanks

!, You can only cancel if buyer agrees, your not allowed to cancel just because.

2, no

3, set your buyer requirements to exclude the countries you dont want to post to.

You're not legally allowed to sell the tablet to anyone you feel like now, as you have already agreed to sell it to the highest bidder, and they have agreed to buy it from you.

To be fair I only have 39 feedback (all positive I may add) and I've had my account since I was 14. It doesn't necessarily mean they are a bad customer..

Thankfully NOT! I don't have 1000 feedback so by your own analogy, I am banned from buying from you. Well thank the lord for that, I choose to buy from more respectable sellers.

As has been said, close your account and flog it in your local pub, at least that way you can be choosy on who you ask.

Why exclude a lot of buyers with less than 1000 feedback it takes many buyers years to get than kind of feedback. Everyone has to start some where anyway. You potential excluding a lot of buyers

How ridiculous - I've been ebaying successfully for years, buying and selling and I only have 650ish feedback! You'd be preventing millions of potential buyers from purchasing from you, you might as well not bother.
