ASOS customer service

If you look on their fb page it's just hundreds of people complaining about bad service.0

You said earlier your courier was DPD - not Hermes. Has your delivery status updated?0 -

The DPD tracking says "delivery booked" and says "Your retailer will let you know when to expect your parcel, please contact them if you have a question about your order".
There is a phone number for ASOS if you look hard enough but if you ring it you'll be on hold for hours as they don't have many people manning the phones (as they've moved all enquiries online).
I've still not got a response from my original message that I tweeted them on Monday. It's just so frustrating!
You did!
I'm out ...0 -

Collect plus Is yodel anyway so my point was irrelevant!0

There is clearly something going wrong with both the deliveries at ASOS and the way that problems are being dealt with.0

I think its an issue with Yodel as I ordered a couple of books via The Book People on the 28th November. Normally I get them next day but it was put on Yodels tracking page that there is a delay due to the sales. Even yesterday it was sitting at the local depot all day! Got the parcel today though so its not just ASOS.0

I asked someone on Twitter to look onto it and they said they would but I heard nothing back (despite asking 3 times for an update). So I asked on facebook and they also said they'd look into it but I've heard I've heard nothing since. I also spoke to someone on the phone who said they'd look into it and call me back but- nothing.
It's absolutely ridiculous! Some people appear to have been waiting months for a response to their enquiry about missing items.
If there's a problem with yodel, TELL PEOPLE, don't just ignore people's questions.
It's now Saturday and I still haven't recieved the next day delivery item I ordered on Sunday, and no response from the customer service team other than "we'll look into it".0 -
i ordered items on 28th Nov, estimated delivery today..according to their tracking service, my 1 parcel was delivered twice succesfully!? ..once on saturday and once on sunday, telling me on sunday it was left in my porch.
on both these occasions i was home .. and i dont have a porch!
theyre not replying to emails and repeating the same cut & poaste info to many unhappy customers on their fb page.
no idea whats happening as ive ordered many time before with no probs but not happy this time as ive been charged for goods that theyre lying about delivering0
