Made stewing beef with onions and carrots and once it cools making a couple of small pies and a couple of pasties. Will go out later for puff and short crust pastry so i can make some mini quiches for dd to take tomorrow for her and a friend while they assemble a wardrobe and paint her new house.
Looks as if she will be moving out well before Christmas at this rate :eek: Will really miss her but pleased she is happy and independent and living where she can still drive over to see us and have a meal etc.
DH having a rest after all the excitement of last weekend with the wedding etc.
Need to start thinking about cards and presents but can't seem to get into gear.
