Buy phone contract before or after christmas?

Hey All,


mine and my partners phone contracts are up and were just looking around.
Pretty confident that I will get iphone 6 with Tesco mobile, but my question is this...


Do phone companies have offers on at this time of year, especially on the top end of phones like the iphone 6. Its such a new phone that im not sure its price will drop until the new model is announced. Were also looking at the cheapest contracts so guessing were unlikely to get any offers?

You hit the nail on the head.


The iPhone 6 is new and sells itself, retailer don't need to offer any discounts to get people to buy it.



That said usually deals are at month or quarter end as retailers have to hit sales targets, so there may be some after xmas towards Jan if retailers have network year end commitments to make, but probably not on the iPhone

so really on the lower end of the mins/text side of things im not likely to get loads extra (its more than enough anyway).

So, not really much point waiting then for a deal to pop up at this time of year.

IPhone 6 unlikely other phones probably just after Christmas .

I'd wait until after Christmas 5C's will be getting flogged off soon.
