Credit Card Eligibility Checker not working

I'm trying to use this poxy Credit Card Eligibility Checker, however even after entering all my details CORRECTLY it's telling me:
"Unfortunately, we have not been able to find your details at the Credit Bureau. Please check and try again."
Why? Do I have to register my details at the "Credit Bureau" first or something? Have they got incorrect information about me?
