Hi,

Both my parents have mobiles with GiffGaff PAYG Sims, both have credit about £10, today there was an problem while at the hospitals and neither phones would work.

Now they are both very low users but they know to make a call at least every few months, so one cut off due to none use is possible but both and at the same time....

Does anyone know if there are any issues with GiffGaff today (the website seems to be down...!!!) or if they have been cut off can they be re- activated & if not does '3' cut you off in the same way after six months, if not I'll put them onto their 321 account

Hospitals or hospital? If the former, can it be just a local problem with O2 signal - temporary or permanent?
