Please could you help

I have received a parking charge notice for 'parking on roadway' from New Generation Parking Management.

My husband left the car (while I was inside) to quickly visit the spots shop (5-6 mins). A security guard from New Generation Parking Management approached my car took a photo of it and approached the window stating that "I couldn't park here, that we would be fined £100. I should have looked at the sign posts."

We have been visiting this car park since it opened and have never seen these signs before.

Do I have to pay this or please help me appeal against it.

Long time reader new poster. NGP are not on the site anymore. Haven’t been for months. I have been informed by the stores. No enforcement, no worry, park as you wish friends!!

i too have had a ticket off these ppl .. as i was parked in a disabled bay (i am disabled ) THE TICKET SAYS I WAS NOT SHOWING MY BADGE BUT IT WAS .. this was back in 1/06/14 on the 16th of Oct 2015 i get a letter off dcbl saying i owe them £180 . i have never had any letters off the ticket comp . i called them when i had the ticket as i was walking back to the car when i seen the guy taking the photo of the car when i opened it up it said not blue badge showing ..i called to the ticket guy hand he just walked off . i went back in to the store as it was asdas i was in . said they dont rent the car park nothing to do with them ..so i called them on the 1/6.14 and told them what went on .. and that was it nothing since .i cant remember what was said but it must been enough for me to thro the ticket in the bin .thinking it was all sorted . i have called the popla and other parking ticket ones and they all say they need the apeall code 10 digits number so they cant help me as i dont have any of it to day the 2 Nov15 i get another letter off dcbl saying i owe £340.00 now ..and no one will or can help . but i dont want to pay it s i was in the right at the time .. i had the badge on show ...my car is a citroen c8 it has two dashboards and i had the badge on the lower one but to put the ticket on the car you will see the both dashboards .. ..
