    Thank you, i've noticed all our street lamps on the estate are now covered with signage, will this detract from the case. picture in previous post. thank you all for your advice

    No it won't, it's not about signage really! RELAX and wait for the Notice to Keeper (NTK). We KNOW how to win these appeals and contacting them too soon and bleating about permits & mitigating circumstances is NOT how to win.

    did anything come of this? I have had a ticket same location from the same company, even more !!!!ed off as its my own allocated parking space!
