No it won't, it's not about signage really! RELAX and wait for the Notice to Keeper (NTK). We KNOW how to win these appeals and contacting them too soon and bleating about permits & mitigating circumstances is NOT how to win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
