After emailing the address given by sampan26 i finally got a call this morning to apologize and say it be sent out separately within 7 days

Got all samples and item ordered- take the day off milk. But not gift wrapped, no cute little bag. At least the main bits are here

yes they've definitely scaled back on the gift wrap this year - no drawstring bag or pretty box, just a Clinique gift envelope in mine with my nail colour and 5 samples. Still love it though, and I have 2 drawstring bags from last year's deals .

Tra la, it came!

A very small box with just tissue paper but everything in it and I'm more than thrilled.

I was even very generous and got hubby the mens facial scrub sample so I didn't feel too guilty.

Yes, I'm still waiting. My Yodel tracking info hasn't changed for 5 days now. I phoned Clinique and was told it would be delivered today, but nothing.

Just read on the BBC news site about the problems Yodel was having following Black Friday. They've halted all collections from online retailers to try to sort out their backlog..... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-30438498
