I only got 4 samples as well. On the day I ordered I noticed that the email confirmation only listed 4 samples, but I definitely requested 5 when I ordered. I called them and they said it was because one of the samples I requested was out of stock. And it was tough basically, too late to do anything about it. I told them I wasn't impressed, if one of the samples was out of stock their system should have told me so I could choose another one.

I didn't get all the samples with my order last year...sent an email about it which was just ignored!

I got all the samples this year though. They seem to get smaller every year but very nice all the same, perfect for my travels!

Yodel arrived with mine at 9.15 pm this evening!
All my samples were there and correct and it was packaged really well.

The sample size lipstick is a regular sized one and not small or a sample at all!

I only got 4 too. Think they omitted the eye cream.
