  • Wow sounds great haha. My house was a bit like that, we had 'colourful' walls and bathroom and not even a sink in the kitchen. Its now time to start all over again!

Thanks :) read about your new car, naughty you!

Hope you get good return on investment, people forget cars can be an investment too. A possible business although you wouldn't be able to get emotionally attached or give it a name or anything :rotfl:

Just purchased the book from Amazon but got a used copy so under £20.

MiniOCC has growing pains so is in with us. He really suffers with them and is growing like a weed at the moment. Buying clothes for 9-10 as 7-8 just too small. Must start a super king sized bed fund as 3 in a double is getting a bit tight!

Tell him to stay in his own bed? ;)
  • Our eldest suffers from growing pains. When he was between 2-4 it was agony for him and only ever at night. Yesterday we had to buy some emergency t shirts as he literally had 1 and 2 rugby tops left. He's age 6 (turning 7 in January) and we have to buy age 9-10! At the minute he barely eats as well so dreading the teens!!

Its crazy isnt it! I really feel for him with the growing pains as they make him cry with pain. Hes not really a crier either and sobs when he crys so its not nice. neither me or BF are tall and his half brother was tiny when he was little. We have a little one that eats and eats though. Always has. Eats easily more than I do every day and is stick thin! I cant imagine how much he will eat when he is a teen :rotfl:
  • Busy busy busy day today. Went to work 9.15 to 4.15 worked straight through no break oh the joys of being the boss! Did get time to order the cheapo laptop that currys have been advertising for £279 as really need something to use at home that's more useful than an iPad. Went through TCB and got £7 CB and paid on cc so will pay in Jan when I have no expenditure at all.

Talking about credit cards the 0% CC is dropping down nicely and the one I use is being cleared every month so :)

Nearly a NSD but I went to m and s food hall. Whoops £10 spent!

Both of my children end up with me at night, dd tonight was concerned where she will sleep when we turn her bedroom into an ensuite. I should imagine she will sleep where she usually does!
