OMG I was really shocked until I realised I had misread "chicken" as "children"!

i did treat them like children though.
  • Has a week off work after christmas and ive decided to open the tsb account if they are still available then and also check out my house insurance then too.

Picked up some Christmas party food with my orchard vouchers and even though we had a very busy day and would usually eat out we cooked after work so that's progress :-)
  • Brilliant bargain for Christmas presents. Home made sloe gin, cans of premium tonic in Tesco on 2 for 1 and posh gift bags purchased off ebay, it's all some together and at a grand cost of £3.50 each. Beautiful.
  • Nothing much to report today, I want to overpay by 5-6k in 2015. I've decided that much. I don't quite know how that's gonna happen but that's what I'm aiming for!

It's really difficult to concentrate on thus at christmas with loads to spend. :-(

Hi corner cottage, I' enjoying the start of your journey, and wish you lots of luck. I really like the sound of your sloe gin and your chocolate presents. I'm going to lookout for festive moulds in the sales, thanks for the idea

just made an overpayment of £66.24

    Total left to pay £138,900

    Yippee!
  • ive added a signature to keep track of the amount (slowly) going down!
  • Trip to ikea and that's 276 pounds spent! That is also sons bedroom finished at long last!

Now to start on spare room 1, need to board out the loft first to put all the junk in that I'm not going to ebay. Got a very lovely b and q voucher for christmas that should cover boarding costs and paint so should be very little cost as room is very small.

Am going to put all my ebay receipts in as an OP. Gonna list some per day as I hate ebaying, I just can't get into it.
  • Am going to overpay tomorrow first thing to get some done this month. I can't wait to officially get started! Been off work this week and have been very good so far :-)
