ParkingEye notice and now Debt Recovery Plus

I received a parking charge notice from a ParkingEye (Castlegate Retail Park in Huddersfield) sometime in spring -- can't remember the date, although the Debt Recovery Plus letter I just received say parking charge date is 10/04/2014. I did a quick Google search when I first received the parking charge notice from ParkingEye, I found people were saying I should just ignore it and should not pay. I think I received a second notice -- I ignored it again. Then, today I got a £135 "Demand for payment of an unpaid parking charge" from DRP. But, I threw away the original letter and does not have any details. i think I might have parked about 30 minutes over the two hour limit. Any advice you could give me greatly appreciated. (I did read tips written for newbies, but I'm not clear at all, to whom I should write, as i don't even have the details of the ParkingEye: the Creditor). Thank you in advance!

You can safely ignore any and all debt collectors, but not parking eye. You need to go back to the NEWBIES thread and read the "think you are too late too appeal" section.
You could also name the driver and reset the clock. All is explained in the NEWBIES thread. The advice on MSE has been Do Not Ignore for over two years so you obviously didn't get the advice to ignore from here.I married my cousin. DO THIS URGENTLY before you get sued.
No idea on earth why people Google and read 2 year old threads, or older, as you clearly have done - utterly pointless and you now risk a court case over it. WHY OH WHY didn't you click to page one of the parking forum instead of Googling and reading old advice? On any old thread you are always just one click away from page one. One click and you would have avoided this risk.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
