Receive pcn from euro car parks for parking at sainsbury walthamstow carpark

I have had a similar issue and recieved a PCN from Euro Car Parks for Sainsburys South Ruislip for 01/12/14 with letter dated 04/12/14 demanding £70 for the alleged offence:
PCN location -Sainsburys South Ruislip - HA4 0HQ
Entry to the car park @ 09:20 on 01/12/14
Exit out of car park @ 21:01 on 01/12/14

I entered the car park and went straight to the Petrol forecourt and pumped £35 worth of petrol, with receipt time & date stamped @ 09:28 - 01/12/14.
Drove to my work place in Slough (12 miles) and parked work place underground car park.
Got time and date stamped receipts to prove had lunch in Slough @ 13:32.
Finished work late and parked at the same Sainsbury's around 20:40 on 01/12/14, purchased some items with reciept time and date stamped @ 20:55 01/12/14.

Spoke to Euro Car Parks and explained I'm not at fault and was asked to fill in their Appeal section on their website. Still haven't had an update via email, post or phone call.

I think this is Euro Car Parks doing over normal public with their cowboy scams.

I hope you have also read the NEWBIES 'sticky' thread because if this is turned down you need to argue more than 'it was two visits' to be sure of a win at POPLA. Use the FORUM JUMP if not sure how to step one click back to the first page of this forum and the 'sticky' info threads at the top.

This is a typical ANPR scam (double dipping, we call it). But you need to be sure POPLA will cancel it if ECP do not. Just wait for the reply - you do realise they have up to 35 days to respond?
