Tenant damaged my furniture

Did the landlord report the theft (for that is what it was) to Police & get CRN & claim on their insurance??
The table left behind is not landlord's, it is tenant's property: Ask tenant to take it away.
For the avoidance of doubt you are all at liberty to speak to me in any way you see fit. My dad & many others fought for liberty, including free speech!

Not everyone operates to the same standards in life. Being a landlord is a while different ball game to owning your own home. No matter how good the tenants are, they are unlikely to treat your own exactly as you would want them to.
At the end of the day, it is just a table, (and I'm guessing (hoping), not an expensive one at that). Unfortunately it is all part and parcel of letting out your house. Whilst it is annoying it could have been worse, a lot worse.

My tenant has just moved outWhat is she going to chuck out next?
And tell her that she must consult you if she wants anything else out of your property.
I suggest you learn to read posts correctly, before you start barking and ranting at me.
The table WAS NOT BROKEN AND IT WAS NOT DAMAGED when the tenants moved in, which you would see if you read the original post correctly!
and make out I don't know what I am talking about, when they haven't even read the original post properly!
