Now one plate has gone how long will the others last i m thinking.
Just because one ring has failed, it doesn't mean anything else is going to go wrong and your contract is with the retailer so it's down to them to put it right regardless of what they tell you.
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it

  • Do you lose faith in a light fitting if a bulb fails and expect a new fitting, or replace the bulb?

What make of hob is it?

My car door sticks a bit. Can I have a new car ? I've only used this one for 11 months and 13,000 miles...

Ha ha , thank you all for your input. However I m pleased to say that my email to one of the top men must have done some good as I had a lady on the phone this morning and she is sending me a full refund in the post.

    No need to respond.

They've gone above and beyond to give you a full refund on something that has been used for nearly 1 year - I'd be very grateful to them as that IS good customer service.

That said, I think you are being unreasonable by asking for a replacement/refund and not accepting the repair...but glad to see you got what you wanted in the end.
