I'm not sure if you've understood what C-m asked. The NTK should state the date (amongst other things) of the windscreen PCN - is it this date which is incorrect?

Regardless, it makes no real difference to the first appeal.

If it is UKPS (North West) Ltd then they are not BPA members but are in the IPC:

Their second stage appeal of IAS is notoriously hard to win (an alleged kangaroo court) but - BUT! - you have said the NTK fails to repeat the correct information from the PCN. So that could be used to win your case as keeper, potentially, as it is factually incorrect and in breach of Schedule 4 of the POFA 2012. Also there was no contravention because the driver paid and displayed two tickets and the signs did not disallow a stay extended by a second P&D ticket (copies of both tickets would need to be attached as evidence for the IAS, as well as both sides of the NTK with the wrong date circled!).

Let us know what rejection letter you get, and we'll try to help you win. Do you have any pictures of the signs, have the PPC provided any online or on paperwork?

The NTK lists the parking company as:

    UK Parking Solutions
    Unit 4 The Stables
    Kunston home farm
Knuston Road (i guess on of these is a spelling mistake?)
    Irchester/Northamptonshire
    England
    NN29 7EX

Does that sound like UKPS North West?As we believe these are the cretins http://www.ukparkingsolution.co.uk/
I can see a POPLA logo but do not know how much of this is genuine?

We also found this address on there site for appeals?Bit dodgy with it being a PO Box.

    UK Parking Solutions
    PO Box 7637
    Wellingborough
    NN9 5ZP

No pictures of the signs yet but can be obtained in the next couple of weeks depending on when we next visit.

And no none what so ever,The only image is the TNC logo.

What do you make of The TNC manager leaving a message asking for The refference number, so he can take our phone number off TNC's system after we told some stuck up punk we deny the debt?

T R Luckins, T/A UK Parking Solutions. BPA member, easily defeated via the standard appeals' procedures as per the NEWBIES FAQ sticky.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Phew, that's good! I knew there was more than one UKPS and that one is easy to beat at POPLA.
