I am very annoyed at the BBC shop. I ordered 4 dvds and they sent 3 but listed in the invoice as all 4 sent. I have sent 2 emails to customer service over 2 days with still no response.
What would be my next step if they do not reply ?:(

Have you tried phoning them?0

No. Why do they not answer their email ?0

And the phone call will cost me. An email won't.0

Perhaps your emails are being marked as spam at their end for a myriad of reasons.
You could have resolved it over the phone by now rather than posting here!0 -

No one on here can answer that..... but I will have a bash. You are not giving them time to respond, they will be dealing with numerous emails and you will be in a queue also chances are they will respond once they have investigated. You want a quick answer then you need to call them.0 -
Well 3 days later and still not a peep from the beeb. I think it's appalling as I have never had such a long wait for customer service to respond from other sites.0

Have you phoned them yet?0

Most places have at least a 72 hour wait for email response. The department you emailed probably work Mon-Fri so coming in on Monday would have all emails from Friday afternoon right through to Monday to deal with. There could have been 10s of thousands of emails in that time. Unless your first email happened to be within the first few hundred of those you will have to wait your turn.
Why not just call them like has already been suggested to bump yourself up the list?0 -
I like to use email as you can get all your details across better. Why should I pay for a phone call ? I use Sky talk so daytime calls are not cheap.0
