Contradicting advice on an NCP parking charge...

I've not heard anything off NCP since the debt collection letters stopped, two were before POPLA came into force, one was just after as I didn't know the rules had changed and thought it was still OK to ignore.
I have also had two subsequent successful appeals against NCP, one was at the POPLA stage where NCP cancelled the ticket after I had my appeal date, presumably because they knew they couldn't win it and the most recent one got cancelled by NCP at the first stage following an online appeal.
Under both the latter two I used the templates in the sticky thread and both were successful0 -

There really is no point prodding them with any letter - just keep all the rubbish debt collector letters they send you though (and if you get a small claim, come back here). Won't happen, and we don't need to hear about any DRP/Zenith debt collector letters...
Hi mate, quick update on this...
As expected, my "debt" got "sold" from DRP to Zenith haha. Zenith offered a reduced payment of £79, saying this was the final offer, which of course I didn't pay. They then sent another letter once again offering £79 hahah. Anyway I noticed something different about this one...in a black box at the top it said 'notice of intention to commence legal proceedings'...is this a pre-court letter? Only just noticed it and I remember reading something about that particular notice, what do you think?0 -
No it's not ... because DRP/Zenith/any DC have no standing to bring a claim.0

Carry on ignoring and as you get each letter, just Google a phrase from it. Easy!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
