No it's pointless, NCP won't hear a late appeal and anyway if this was a station car park, haven't you read enough here yet to know this:

there can be no keeper liability in a station car park as it's not 'relevant land'!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It wasn't a station car park. Just a normal car park behind a bunch of nightclubs...

Unusual for NCP but they don't sue people anyway. There really is no point prodding them with any letter - just keep all the rubbish debt collector letters they send you though (and if you get a small claim, come back here). Won't happen, and we don't need to hear about any DRP/Zenith debt collector letters...

I imagine DRP/Zenith letters are coming next then, they ignorable too? Thank you for your help!

Thought I'd give a quick update on this as it's been a few months now!

DRP letters started after Christmas. I received a letter in March saying "this is your final warning, pay the £150 (yes, it went up to £150!) or court proceedings will begin". I ignored yet again. Received another letter just yesterday offering me a lower price of £120, which is the "final offer". Am I still OK to ignore this? There was a story in the news just yesterday about someone actually losing in court, so the worry has kicked back in a little for me.

Nobody knows what PPCs will do in the light of Beavis, so we're all waiting to see. But you shouldn't be panicked by yesterday's decision.

Just wait and see if there is a 'next move'. But it needs the PPC to act, not the debt collectors - they have no locus in the context of any legal action in your case.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ah yes I thought that was the case...the debt collectors will send it back to NCP right? Is it definitely not worth me giving them a taste of their own medicine with my own threatening letter?

Filling in the survey as we speak!

Water off a duck's back. Whatever you rant/threaten, they will have dealt with worse!

Chances of NCP doing court? Google NCP -v- Mayhook!
