I am just wondering if anyone can help me ,i flew to burgas airport (bulgaria) 20 july 2012 and my flight was delayed for quite a few hrs 7 i believe ,i have the return flight details but cannot find the departure details ,all the flight stats website show is there was only thompson flight that day but i know we flew with balkon air ,just wondering if thompson could have put the flight on with us being delayed for so long and why isnt our flight showing up ????? Is there any chance they could have changed the details on computer so they dont have to pay compensation ,thankyou

was it a charter flight? some do not show on flightstats. Balkan Airlines went into liquidation in 2002. Could this have been Bulgaria Air operating for Thomson?
What was the flight number for your return flight?

You would also be better reading the Thomson thread and posting on there

hi thanks for the reply ,the return flight was BGH 5511/03 AUGUST ,not sure if it was a chartered flight ,I have also read about balkon air going into liquidation but surely there must be some record of who flew us there if they changed airline ,tried a few claim companies with no joy from them too .

BGH is the airline code for Balkan Holidays with charter flights operated by Balkan Holidays Air (BH Air Ltd)

There are a couple of posts that come up when you search on BH Air. They are based in Sofia which is probably why the NWNFs will not take them on
