NPower failed to take Direct Debit - anyone else?

My son in law noticed that his monthly direct debit to NPower on 28th of last month (Nov) had not been taken from his bank. In his NPower account activity it states the next direct debit will be taken on 28th Dec. No credit appears for November. Just checked my account and have exactly the same. Mine has also not been…

Just noticed my NpowerDD was taken a day later too. Should have been the 1st of the month, but was taken today. Maybe they are running late with the DDs? Anyway this will be my last payment to them, as I am in the process of switching from them to EON, via the MSE collective switch.
