My wife wants a small 15" Flatscreen TV in dining room -there is no aeriel socket - can I get a signal somehow without an aeriel? Dont really need full sky etc although we do have a sky box on main tv - Can we feed a signal wirelessly from there?? We also have fibre broadband if that can be used....

Nope. To receive broadcast TV you need the right tuner (I think your TV has a Freeview tuner inside) plus either a satellite, aerial or Cable (Virgin) connection. If you get a decent freeview signal in your house, you could try an indoor one.
Otherwise you're onto catch up TV, with a little set top box (NowTV, Roku, even some games consoles etc) over WiFi.0 -
or use one of those simple devices to project the signal from another tv /box
first one I found on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UK-PLUG-5-8GHz-200m-AV-Vidio-Sender-Receiver-Extender-SKY-STB-/151414827860?pt=UK_ConsumerElectronics_WirelessVideoTransmitters_CA&hash=item234106eb540 -
I use the above type of thing to send a CCTV camera signal from my garage to its control box in the house0

To run it independently from the Sky box then either:
1. Run an aerial feed from the outside aerial to the TV.
2. Run a feed from the Sky dish and fit a freesat stb in the Kitchen.
Or if there is an issue getting a cable to the TV point then:
3. If you have an aerial point in the lounge fit a freeview stb there with the and use some thing similar to that posted above to wirelessly send the picture to the TV.
4. Run an extra feed from the dish to the lounge area fit a freesat box there with the wireless sender.0 -
