Hi Panda - No offence taken! I do faff around a lot! I can be really motivated for about two weeks then go and undo all my hard work in one weekend - take this weekend for example, but I'll talk about that on my thread!
I will definitely look at that challenge, although it seems a tall order.

£20 is a lot to pay off Natlou, but we are a committed bunch (or should that be "we need to be committed") and will do everything we can to get there. There are a number of us who need to stop faffing around and who want to pay off a similar amount, so you are in good companySuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. So glad that I've got the hang of Pigsback - just logged into it and I've got £7.90 from the spam I signed up for yesterday! How could I not get it to do anything before?! Needless to say that I've just referred DH and a few others, although DH may need some 'assistance' doing the clicks, like he does with his Quidco, online surveys and all the others!0

Men, no good at anything are they. My OH is so bad at these things that I practically have to move the mouse to the icon and click it myself.........:D

How do we survive with such useless men?!!!0 -
How sad am I? Got the house insurance renewal in today, and I was actually excited at the thought of trying to beat it!
Renewal price was £227, which was the same as the best on Confused, so obviously a fair deal, but that would be too simple!
Have instead seperated the B & C between 2 companies in the hope that both track with Quidco. Total paid is £249, so slightly more than the straight combined policy, but after cashback of £70 and £75 the total will be a tiny £104.90. Fingers crossed both track ok, I'll be checking it every 5 minutes to see!0 -
Hi panda, just having a catch up on your thread, you seem to have been really busy recently. I really hope you get some good news on your house soon. glad you had a good birthday and holiday.

Goodness, everyone is obsessed with cleaning at the moment! My house is a tip and I just can't be bothered! As usual work is a fab excuse not to do anything! I did set a few reminders on DH's mobile last night, so that every half hour or so the alarm will go off with a message such as 'put up Xmas decs' (the outside ones that I'm not touching!), or 'washing machine should be finishing now - hang stuff up' and the likes! I'm sure he'll be delighted to receive them!
It's our work's Christmas party tonight, which is going to be a very low key affair this year as nobody could be bothered! Off to a Brewers Fayre for a 3 course meal (£13 - not bad actually!) then a few drinks which we'll probably skip most of in favour of an early night. In-laws were a bit reluctant to have DS this evening, and I've got a 12 hour shift tomorrow so it won't be a late one.
Watched the Channel 4 Dispatches credit programme last night. We spent the whole time talking about how incredibly stupid a lot of the people on it were. But how come if we're so smart we're 80k in debt?!0 -

I know he hasn't done that, as I've just had a text containing several words which MSE would certainly replace with '!!!!', but the general gist was that he's about to get the ladders out and start dangling icicles from eaves! I didn't want to press him about anything else or he might implode, which could be messy!0
