    What are the school's concerns?

You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time
  • Maye be the school needs to commit itself to a decent recycling project? Or is there another issue that is causing concern here?

if they have made a lot of rubbish it will be the local council not social services as the sociall services are for family issues not rubbish. Are they dumping the rubbish somewhere ?is it in the playground ?

You have got it wrong I meant by Rubbish that the school are making things up about my child and parents.

Schools don't make things up. They don't have the time and rarely have the inclination. They have concerns which either need to be addressed or you refute them. With proof if you have any. Being combative or appearing not to take their concerns seriously will make the situation worse, not better.
