second the costco comment. you do need to be a member though, which costs, but as a member, i think its worth it for the various Bargains.
Costco cakes are fabulous, we've used them a lot recently for various celebrations & people always comment on them, they've just put the prices up from £9.99 tp £10.99 but still a bargain as the cakes are huge!

Another alternative would be to use those iced letters you can buy in Tescos that come in packs - usually in the same aisle as the baking items.2014 Target;

You can buy sugar letters from any good sweet shop. If you go to one where you fill a bag, you can probably find the ones you want and not pay too much. I did this for my grandsons christening cake and it came out well. Just stick them on with a ittle bit of icing. In fact any sweets look good on a cake. Have you seen a child's eyes light up when a Smartie covered cake appears at a party. It's magic.0
