It is a bit slow going, but I have 3 UU's

150ml Inecto Coconut Oil Hair Treatment. I have had this for years and found it lurking in a drawer, but is great for my itchy scalp and leaves my hair shiny with lots of body - off to investigate if it is still available anywhere.

50ml LE Gentle Face Exfoliator HG, I just love the smell and it is not too harsh for my sensitive skin.

50ml Tesco Coconut Shea butter body butter. Was part of a gift set, it is rather nice and not sticky so WBA if I came across it (when stash of lotions used up that is:(

2 IN's I gwp, but will include it in figures
200ml LE Instant Boost Skin Tonic
30ml LE Cleanse & Polish (freebie)
The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)
  • Another UU for me:

Bobbi Brown cleansing oil. Was a gift from a friend (came with 2 eyeshadows and a brush) but will not buy for myself. My skin is fairly oily anyway so using more oil to 'cleanse' it with didn't work out too well and I'm breaking out as a result (although it does get rid of makeup in a flash, which is nice)

Still using already opened items, but not managed to finish anything off as there's that much in everything !!

I had planned to have a bath at the weekend as part of a pamper night, but in the end I couldn't bring myself to (a) clean the bathroom first (DS1 normally has sole use of it, and his idea of clean isn't mine!) or (b) use the water as I'm metered and desperately trying to bring all my bills down (and there'd also be an impact on the gas useage the next time the water tank gets heated up).

So I'm going to have to try and have non-bath pamper nights to use up face masks and foot lotions and potions. Not sure what to do with all the part used bubble baths I have though, as I also have a mountain of opened (and unopened) shower gels :o I'm thinking about taking the small bottles (a variety of 100ml that came as a gift set) to the gym to use instead of their shower gel. OK their gel is 'free', but it's nothing special and I really do need to get these used up.......

    Hi all.

Yesterdays advent window revealed a Desert Metals Mascara in Midnight Skinnydip which I think is black, it is in a lovely tube but I won't open it just yet.

Todays window was a Burts Bees Almond & Milk Hand Cream.

    I have a TA

Bobbi Brown Everything Mascara - this is a GWP size and whilst it looks nice on it smudges under my eyes even though I don't wear mascara on my bottom lashes, it has the odd clump in it too which get on my lashes and stay there. Overall I have been incredibly disappointed with almost every BB thing I have used, very expensive but not very good imo.

  • Two INS from the boots glitch earlier in the week :(
Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm in "Unapologetic"
    Revlon ShadowLinks in "Cocoa"

    Also another two UUs

Marc Jacobs Daisy 50ml - WNBA, was a gift with purchase and nice enough but I have my favourites and will stick with them.

Bare Minerals foundation sample pot in "fairly light" - WNBA, it was far too yellow for my skin and made me look quite ill when in certain lights.
  • UU today

Osiris Avise VitaminE Crème day crème - 50 ml (Lidl product)

In my opinion no better nor worse than other inexpensive day creams. Would buy again but not go out of my way to do so.
