DRP CP Plus third letter threatening court action

Options
Dear all,

I had previously received two letters from CP Plus re parking charge which as advised, I ignored. I have now received a third letter this time from 'Debt Recovery Plus Limited' demanding me to pay or face court action.
The letter states that I must pay by a certain date or my details will be passed to the creditors solicitor with a recommendation to commence court action against me.
I'd be grateful for some advice as to what I should do now.

Thanks

People advised to ignore in the previous threads that I looked at. Should I have responded and is it too late?

Anything that says May take court action / Recommend our clients to take court action is all bluster and can be safely ignored.

    When was the parking event?

You should have responded so you could beat them at POPLA but never mind. Three letters suggests that you have been ignoring this for a while. Your best option is now to continue ignoring debt collectors. They still make empty threats of court action. Don't respond unless you get a Letter Before Action from a solicitor which is still very, very unlikely.

I was just over a month ago. I have since had two further penalty charges put on my windscreen for parking outside allocated parking bays but have not yet received a letter from them for those.

Penalty charges? Do you mean from a local council? Or do you mean from a private parking company (PPC)?

From here on you don't ignore any of the above, rather you will deal with them via appeals.

Please tell us which, and if it is a PPC, who they are (still CP Plus, or a different one?).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

All 3 are from CP Plus. It controls the parking at the hospital I work in.

OK, so you need to wait for the NtK for each of these tickets, then appeal each separately as per the NEWBIES FAQ sticky protocol.

Rather interested to know from where you received this advice?
