I have picked up this 'orrible thing somewhere.
Now I have tried just about everything to get rid of it.
Malwarebytes
CCcleaner
ADWCleaner
Junkware Removal Tool
HitmanPro
HitmanPro found it & supposedly removed it but it is still there !!!
Anybody have any other ideas of getting rid of it ???
I don't suppose doing a restore would do any good ??

Restore depends where the virus resides .
A full backed up restore via an image or factor restore should wipe all .0 -
Spyhunter finds all the speedchecker sh*t but wants ££ to remove it !!0

Nope.......
But thanks anyway.
Very surprised that Malwarebytes can't get rid of it..........0 -
Why is the step by step removal procedure of no use?
(Just curious.)0 -
Because when I do it ( several times ) Speedchecker is still there !!!0

Flush out your restore points and run scans in safemode. It's also worth running a virus boot scan.0

yup, windows disk cleanup followed by ccleaner BEFORE you run the removal tools, the instigating packages are often sitting in temp files, so re-infect next boot. Also, reset your browsers.......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple
