KKO Mobile charges and my end of contract- need quick advice!

Hi all. I'm currently with 02 on a contract. My contract is due up on December 30th and so I have been advised to ring them before the 30th of November to provide them with a months notice as i want to leave them.
I logged into my 02 account to find their customer number but ended up analysing my bills online as I always seem to pay a lot more than i'm contracted to. I originally put this down to me going over my 3G allowance, but it transpires that i've been paying 4.50 A WEEK since MARCH 2014!! To a bogus company called KKO Mobile which I never subscribed for!!
I've found 1 or 2 helpful threads on here regarding KKO Mobile but I have an extra question- I am currently on the phone on hold to speak to someone to 02 to cancel my contract when it runs out in december, but i'm now worried that 02 won't be obliged to help me with this KKO issue if they won't be my provider anymore.. thoughts!? What should I do?

Dear All,
I live in France and have been involved with a lengthy wrestling match with kko/mydoo/cellfish/lagardere to recover the full amount that I paid for two suspect subscriptions through my telephone and internet box service provider. The stages were many and in the beginning depressing and unfruitful, but having found many forums and blogs citing similar stories to mine, I was determined to carry on the fight. Gradually, the more positive emails from dear ol' Ines did arrive, first as pittance reimbursements, and finally after my contacting the French government agency which seems to know about the "scam" (arnaque in french), the latest email from her did claim that I would be receiving a bigger cheque next month. Let's hope it arrives.
As an interesting bit of info I discovered through my blog and forum research, Cellfish is a part of the Lagardere group, and Mr L is a bosom buddy "big brother" of Mr Sarkozy. Mmmhhhh......
Keep fighting for your rights. My question now is: How can these scams be effectively shut down by the respective government agencies? Media pressure to counter scams by leading media groups? Not likely.......
I suppose the DDPP (the French government agency defending consumers) is being more effective in this particular struggle than its UK counterpart. All I can say is "keep pushing". We are the victims, after all.0
