    In light of my appeal being allowed (post #1689 on the POPLA Decisions thread). Shall I just ignore the letter from Debt Recovery Plus? Or would it be best to politely decline the demand, quoting the appeal outcome and attaching POPLA’s notification.

    do the latter , also mentioning if they dont stop harassing you they will be reported to the DVLA and the BPA and a counter claim for harassment may ensue

    I see that the POPLA assessor says that they had considered the evidence of both parties. Did you ever get LDK's evidence pack?


    If not, you may wish to complain to the BPA about LDK's breach of Paragraph 22.16c of the BPA Code of Practice:


    It is a clear requirement of POPLA that evidence packs are sent to the appellant at the same time as they are sent to POPLA. Failure to do this will be considered a Sanctionable Breach of the Code.
